This means that Skype has the capability to understand the challenges experienced by organizations in the process of introducing change. Skype has used the Nadler-Tushman's Congruence Model to develop several strategies that will ensure that the organization will detect any changes in the external environment. The company achieves this through well-organized interactions within its subsystems. Skype has enhanced its payment methods and the capability of its development through embracing a new payment strategy. This payment strategy is much cheap compared to other softwares; it is convenient for Skype a user. Alternatively, Skype has embraced another convenient strategy of working together with other partners. This helps the company to realize opportunities for revenue as well as improve the experience of customers. Skype also has a new marketing strategy; "skyping" is a service strategy. This strategy has assisted the company in attracting a wide range of global markets. As a result, Skype has become more popular than other related Softwares. All the strategic goals of Skype are being backed up by payment strategic objectives. Skype has done this through designing a series of strategies around its product portfolio and customer segments. These goals are responsible for meeting the needs of the customers as well as product payment needs, (Cameron, 2004).

Skype has created strategies that are for long-term purposes. In addition, the company supports its strategies through appropriate architecture and information technology. Skype emphasizes on attainment of strong quantitative and qualitative skills: to ensure this exists at the company, Skype has embraced a strategy of behavior relating to problem-solving skills. These strategies have helped the company to achieve its objectives at different levels. For instance, looking at the payment strategy, Skype's clients are given cheaper rates compared to what clients using other Softwares are offered. This has made the company competitive in the industry, (Nadler & Tushman, 1997).
The inputs of Skype have been designed in such a way that they promote adequate data from across all networks. They also makes sure that Skype's businesses enhances integrity, accuracy, business impacts analysis, delivers comprehensive insights and alignment to corporate strategies through synthesis and analysis. Knowledge, experience, and prerequisite skills are among the inputs that help Skype to ensure a strong analytical focus. It also helps Skype in absorbing and evaluating data and any other relevant information in a fast growing atmosphere. The above inputs are significant, and Skype has absorbed them in order to ensure there is sufficient proficiency that will influence and drive change effective communication between people from various backgrounds and functions as well as make different things happen, (Cameron, 2004).

The inputs help in the provision of various processes and tools that are in line with Skype's strategies and can be implemented easily. Other Skype's inputs include lab research promotion in Microsoft and Skype, creation, and advocacy of Skype lab vision and technology transfer to various work groups and avoid obstacles that hinder the delivery of products and services. Skype also recognizes its production teams; it has to communicate with it frequently in order to align research and product agendas as well as create and prioritize its research tasks.
